Order Fulfillment
As far as possible, all items listed on the site are available for immediate despatch and we aim to issue all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Any back order items will be notified to you immediately and sent as soon as available.
Payment Method
Orders can be paid using all major UK credit and debit cards via our Paypal facility. Payment processing is automated and there are no additional charges for credit card payments. All non credit/debit card orders must be paid in advance by cheque, bankers draft or postal order. Please send your order and payment to Wild-Rhodes, 20 Butler’s Hill Lane, Brockhill, Redditch, B97 6SY. As soon as payment has been received and cleared by our bank you will receive an email acknowledgement, informing you of a dispatch date. Please DO NOT send cash.
Delivery of Goods
In Stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment. We will take all reasonable steps to deliver agreed back order items within 28 days, but we will not be held liable for failure to deliver within this time. If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time you will be informed by email and offered the option to cancel the order and given a full refund. For UK Mainland your goods should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. For non UK Mainland delivery, please allow longer delivery times.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are FREE for all UK & Eire orders over £9.99. Overseas orders will be charged at cost, please request a quotation if this is required.

All prices are as seen. No additional surcharges are added. All Prices are in Pounds Sterling. Discounting may be applied. E&OE

We offer a money-back guarantee on all faulty goods. This covers postage and packaging on damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

We promise to deal with complaints confidentially, and in a fair and effective manner. The time taken to resolve a complaint will be dependant on the complexity of the issue, but we will endeavor to ensure that the consumer is kept informed of the complaints progress.
Angel Policy
Wild-Rhodes is an Angel Company. An "angel" company is one that lets stampers use their rubber stamped images on items that the stamper may choose to sell. No permission from the company is required as long as the items are hand stamped and no mechanical reproduction is involved. Please feel free to use our stamped images for pleasure or profit as long as all your creations are individually hand stamped.
Copyright Policy
Stamps may be used to create items for resale provided that each item is individually hand stamped. Reproduction of Wild-Rhodes designs or any part of its catalog, supplements or web site in any other medium - electronic or mechanical - without written permission is strictly prohibited.
